Totally unimpressed by the medical care which I have not received. In consequence of the off-hand manner which I have experienced I have decided to change surgeries.

The medical practice itself is great, unfortunately some of those employed to deliver care into the community are not. The awareness and training in relation to mental health is quite abysmal and the staff truly need modernised training in understanding issues which relate to this important area of healthcare. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you are in need of mental health support as there is none here.

Wonderful practice! Excellent duty of care to patients and wonderful staff right from the head doctor down to the reception team! Very welcoming and I feel thoroughly listened to! After a poor experience with an appointment elsewhere it made me realise just how excellent Ruskington medical practice staff are! Thank you

The appointment system is totally useless. I'm fairly certain I can't wait a week when I'm poorly. If a doctor has asked you to make a follow up appt great then have those. My previous surgery had a ring on the day appt system, worked great.

Very good idea to have well qualified practice nurses as this means one can just turn up at the surgery and be seen. I feel very safe with this medical practice. It has a calm and very pleasant waiting area and reasonably comfortable benches and two very comfortable chairs which are very good for old bones. It is much better when the radio is switched off. It would be very good if they could have a hypnotherapist at this practice. They have an acupuncturist and hypnotherapist at my sons medical practice and they are worth their weight in gold. The receptionists I have met are very pleasant to young and old and is genuine not false. There is a very pleasant atmosphere here.
